Realtors get a 7-day free trial when they subscribe. You won't be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be billed at all.
No. All funds, deposits, and contracts are handled directly between users. Relator Connect is not a party to any financial transaction between clients and realtors.
Professionals are required to provide licensing information, but users should independently verify credentials with the relevant regulatory body in their province.
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your subscription management portal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
After a post is closed, both the client and the selected realtor can leave reviews for each other. Reviews become visible once both parties have submitted theirs, or after the review window expires (8 days). This ensures fair and honest feedback.
